Troy Ear Canker Drops 20mL

Troy Canker Ear Cleaner may aid in the treatmentof ear mites in cats and dogs. This product is an antifungal, which can help reduce the progression of a mild ear infection. This product should not be used in dogs with a ruptured ear drum - therefore always check its safety with your veterinarian before use. Ear mites are sometimes seen in very young puppies or kittens, but are rare in adult animals, therefore always seek a proper diagnosis from a veterinarian before diagnosing at home. In cases of chronic or severe infections (which can be evaluated by a bad smell, discharge from the ear, excessive itchiness in the ear, or reddening inside the ear) veterinary advice is always recommended.

How to administer:

Administer 2-4 drops into each affected ear 1-2 times per day for 5-7 days, or as advised by your veterinarian. Use sparingly in cats and kittens, as large overdose can cause toxicity due to ingredient pyrethrin. If symptoms persist, do not continue treatment - instead seek the advice of your veterinarian.

Apply one quick squirt into the affected ear and massage ear canal externally to allow proper penetration. To ensure proper administration, always point the bottle downwards into the ear canal opening.

If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre Phone Australia 131126. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.
