Feliway® is a synthetic copy of the feline facial pheromone, used by cats to mark their territory as safe and secure.
By mimicking the cat’s natural facial pheromones, Feliway® creates a state of familiarity and security in the cat's local environment.
As a result, Feliway® can be used to help comfort and reassure cats, while they cope with a challenging situation and/or help prevent or reduce the stress caused to a cat during a change in their environment.
When to use a Feliway Diffuser?
The Diffuser is ideal for multi-cat households, moving home, introducing new pets, redecorating, new furniture, settling into a new home, parties at home, for firework nights. Or use the Feliway diffuser to provide further support to the Feliway spray in scratching and urine spraying/marking.
How to use the diffuser?
• Removal the refill vial cap.
• Screw the refill vial onto diffuser unit.
• Plug the diffuser into an electric socket.
• Leave the diffuser switched on continuously.
• Diffuser refill should last 4 weeks.
• Do not plug in behind a door, curtain, behind/underneath furniture, or in the direct line of an air conditioner.

| Indications | The Feliway Diffuser aids in alleviating signs associated with fear and stress in kittens and cats. When there are changes in the cat's environment (e.g. moving house, renovations or building work, a new baby or pet, visitors or the loss of a feline or human companion), or if a cat is scared (e.g. in multicat households, fireworks or thunderstorms, visits to the vet or boarding), a state of disquiet or stress may develop. This state can be conveyed by changes in behaviour, such as urine marking, vertical scratching, loss of appetite and refusal to play and to interact. In these situations, the Feliway Diffuser can be used to restore the natural balance.If a behavioural problem is due to the cat feeling fearful or stressed then Feliway will help reduce this behaviour, especially if used in conjunction with behavioural modification therapy. If the problematic behaviour is unrelated to stress, Feliway will have no effect. |

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Small orders (less than 500g) cost $9.90 to be delivered anywhere in Australia. For larger orders, shipping costs are calculated on distance and weight (leaving Sydney) and an exact price can be obtained in the shopping cart prior to checkout.
Pet Pharmacy Australia applies a shipping discount on orders over $150. A discount of $9.90 is automatically applied during checkout. Additional shipping costs for bulky goods or priority delivery are paid by the customer.
The weight limit for Australia Post is 22kg and orders that weigh more than this cannot be shipped. We recommend placing multiple smaller orders to work around this problem.
