What is Ensal?

Ensal is a nutritional supplement that contains essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Animals may need Ensal for various reasons, such as improving skin and coat health, supporting joint function, promoting overall well-being, and enhancing the immune system. Ensal can be particularly beneficial for pets with skin allergies, arthritis, or those needing an extra boost of nutrients in their diet. It is important to consult with a veterinarian before giving Ensal to your pet to ensure it is appropriate for their specific needs.

What problems could my pet have with Ensal?

While Ensal is generally safe and beneficial for pets, there are some potential issues to be aware of. Some pets may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, such as diarrhea or vomiting, when first starting Ensal. It's important to introduce the supplement gradually and monitor your pet for any adverse reactions. Additionally, if your pet has any underlying health conditions or is taking other medications, it's crucial to consult with a veterinarian before giving them Ensal to avoid any potential interactions or complications. Overall, monitoring your pet's response to Ensal and seeking guidance from a veterinarian can help address any problems that may arise.

Is there anything I need to know about administering Ensal?

When administering Ensal to your pet, it's important to follow the recommended dosage instructions provided by your veterinarian or on the product packaging. Ensure that you give the correct amount based on your pet's size and weight to avoid over or under-dosing. You can mix Ensal with your pet's food to make it easier for them to consume. If your pet is a picky eater, you may need to experiment with different ways of incorporating Ensal into their diet, such as mixing it with a small amount of wet food or a treat. Remember to store Ensal in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of pets and children. Check the expiration date before administering the supplement to ensure its efficacy and safety. If you have any concerns or notice any unusual reactions in your pet after administering Ensal, such as persistent vomiting or diarrhea, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian immediately. Regularly monitoring your pet's response to Ensal and discussing any changes or concerns with your veterinarian can help ensure that your pet benefits from the supplement without any adverse effects.

Important information to know when ordering prescription medicines

A prescription is required from your veterinarian before we can supply this product.

If this is a new prescription, to enable immediate dispensing, please ask the vet to send a copy of the prescription to us prior to mailing it.

If the original prescription is in your possession, then please upload this to your pet's profile in VetRx prior to mailing it.

Please note that we must receive either a copy of the prescription from the vet, or the original prescription before we can dispatch your order. This does unfortunately add to the order processing time, however this is a requirement placed upon all pharmacies by the Health Regulators.

Only once a conformant electronic prescription system is approved by NSW Health, will we be able to end the need for paper prescriptions.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Small orders (less than 500g) cost $9.90 to be delivered anywhere in Australia. For larger orders, shipping costs are calculated on distance and weight (leaving Sydney) and an exact price can be obtained in the shopping cart prior to checkout.

Pet Pharmacy Australia applies a shipping discount on orders over $150. A discount of $9.90 is automatically applied during checkout. Additional shipping costs for bulky goods or priority delivery are paid by the customer.

The weight limit for Australia Post is 22kg and orders that weigh more than this cannot be shipped. We recommend placing multiple smaller orders to work around this problem.

Please refer to our shipping page if you would like the full details regarding our shipping information.
